Advanced Equipment Delivers Premium Quality
From part manufacturing to final product sales, Cyromax has grown steadily in size over the years. To round out their product line, Cyromax invested USD10 million dollars to set up an aluminum radiator production line which finished production testing and entered mass production in 2001. This automated equipment not only shortens process time, labor cost savings and improved product stability extends Cyromax's competitive advantage in the marketplace.
To meet their continued sales growth, Cyromax is introducing a second production line in the summer of 2004 and initiating a short-term plan to extend their sales reach directly into local markets. The first step of this plan is to establish a sales and warehouse center in North America. The plan was set up to provide faster service to customers, promptly meet customer needs and respond quickly to market demand.
Cyromax has also launched e-services to provide better service to customer and achieve their "no time difference and no borders" goal. In the future, customers can obtain the information they need over the Internet at any time or place.
Looking towards the future, Cyromax will continue its expansion into overseas markets. In addition to setting up distribution outlets in North America, we plan to expand into markets in other regions. Cryomax plans to enter the market in Mainland China through OEM manufacturing so the company can become an unrivaled leader in the global radiator market and also ensure the continued growth and viability of our business, stated President Liu.
Design
Cryomax Cooling System Corp. was established in Taiwan in 1984. We specialize in manufacturing radiators for the automobile industry. Cryomax's phenomenal success and stability results from our total commitment to meeting industry demand for quality products augmented by outstanding customer service and support.
Quality
Quality is the essence of manufacturing. In order fully control the quality of all components parts, we have our own tooling department working on tool development and in-house producing. This ensures that quality performance of all components.
In order to offer a complete product line to our valued customers, in 1999 we invested over USD 10 million to build an aluminum radiator factory, which successfully began mass production in 2001. With our fully automatic equipment, we not only shorten the production process and maintain quality stability but also increase the output while reducing labor costs. This enables us to be very competitive in the market.
