The advanced high speed automatic core assembly machine is adopted to perform efficient production.It has high consistency in quality and appearance.The core is produced through precise full-process brazing furnace and technique.
After assembly of radiators,they will 100% go through computerized leak test jig for leak test in order to assure no leak at all.In consideration of durability and lift cycle,there is an in-house well-equipped testing laboratory,where the simulator tests radiator's life span and durability. The wind tunnel measures the working performance of the radiator to insure the result of design and production.
